So.. what is Marketing Revolution?
According to TDW, the goal of marketing is to barter the available added value to as many buyers as possible and as frequently as possible so that both the buyer and the seller get profit.
There are 2 streamlines in marketing:
a. Branding Marketing/Institutional Marketing/Awareness Marketing
b. Direct Response Marketing/Offering Marketing
Branding/Awareness/Institutional Marketing
This type of marketing often needs a lot of advertising fee. It means the company uses huge budget for advertisements. The result in sale cannot be measured… although the advertisements may indirectly result in sale. Awareness marketing is not the same as sale… it is still “opening marketing” because the result cannot be seen directly.
Direct Response Marketing
In this streamline the marketing fee can be compared with the sale. All marketing fees and activities can be measured… the fee the company used for marketing can be more effective and efficient. It is a “close marketing”… which means the fee can be unlimited but the result is real… you can see the “money”. The marketing ways can be repeated if they can still produce sales.
TDW’s principles in Marketing
TDW does not care whether his marketing way is called “hard selling” strategy or “strange” strategy. For him, and quoting what Deng Xiao Ping has ever said, no matter if the cat is white or black the most important is the cat can catch a mouse. The most important in marketing is that the sales go up and continue to grow up.
TDW does not reject branding/soft selling marketing… However, he suggests we use publicity, press release and public relation to produce awareness instead of using funds to make large advertisements such as billboards along the streets…
TDW also suggests we always “practise and measure”. Both branding marketing and direct response marketing must result in the growth of sales… the result must be able to be measured… to be seen… The result can be measured from the number of people who take action to buy or to order your products.
TDW urges we use less fee for publicity if it is just aimed at increasing awareness. We must use more fee for closing marketing… which results in sale increase…

It is knowledge to send our offer to target market so that sales can increase continuously, more quickly and massively.
Marketing revolution is also about how to create interesting and trustworthy offer so that prospects will think that they will feel sorry if they do not buy the products.
